Traditional Thai Massage
Thai Massage, also known as Nuad Boran (ancient healing) in its traditional medical form, is a bodywork therapy that is based on the treatment of the human body, mind and spirit. The origins of Thai Massage began over 2,500 years ago within the context of Buddhist Temples.
Thai Massage combines assisted yoga like stretching while the therapist simultaneously applies rhythmic trigger point pressures utilizing her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet. Back Walking may be incorporated if desired.

Swedish Massage
As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. The muscles are rubbed with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Your first time at the spa? Or don't get a massage often? Swedish massage is a good fit for beginners.
If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure to get relief from chronic muscle pain, it's possible to book a deep tissue Swedish massage.
